**Athletes must attend strength and conditioning to participate in sports-specific practices.**

When: June 3 to July 18 | Monday to Thursday
** Rodeo week (June 24): No Workouts **
** No Workouts July 1-5 and July 22-26**

Where: PHS Field House | The Field House parking lot is closed this summer due to construction. Athletes must enter either from the Eagle Stadium home side or through the Lawrence Bubba Williams Baseball Complex.
