The Grow Your Own program is for all PBTISD employees desiring to increase expertise in their current field by furthering their education. The District is excited to provide financial assistance to our employees wanting to further their education by receiving a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, an additional certification, Alternative Certification Program completion, etc. The PBTISD Grow Your Own Program (GYO) is a perfect opportunity for educational assistants to become classroom teachers and classroom teachers to become administrators.

The GYO program requires that the applicant be a current employee of PBTISD who is seeking additional education in an area that will benefit the district by having employees with additional certifications or degrees.
